- Students under 18 must use NAPMASTER under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher.
- By registering, you confirm that you have the authority to consent to these Terms on behalf of any child user.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Access to NAPMASTER is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- Pricing, payment methods, and billing cycles are displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time.
- If your subscription is cancelled or expires, access to student practice materials and progress reports will be suspended.
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you must not:
- Share your login credentials with others outside your household or school.
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security features of our website.
- Upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
5. Student Data and Privacy
- NAPMASTER collects and stores student performance data to provide feedback, results, and progress reports.
- All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Parents, guardians, or account holders may request deletion of student data at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on NAPMASTER, including practice tests, reports, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by NapMaster Pty Ltd or its licensors.
- Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our Services for personal educational purposes only.
- You must not copy, resell, or create derivative works from our content.
7. Availability and Service Interruptions
- We aim to provide continuous access to our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- NAPMASTER may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
- We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime, service delays, or internet issues beyond our control.
8. Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for unused periods unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if you breach these Terms or misuse our Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, NAPMASTER excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Services.
- NAPMASTER's total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.

- Our website may include links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those sites.
- Any use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
11. Changes to Terms

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
